Just a little reminder to those who steal my content from online. My content is protected by DMCA and I have the rights to all of my content. With that being said, I have a notice on all of my sites that I use. Unfortunately, there are some people who ignore this DMCA like davo88 did and he stole my content.
Even if you purchase videos or photos from me that doesn’t give you the right to violate the DMCA. Keep in mind I will do my best to have content removed and if it doesn’t get removed then I reach out to my lawyer.
Thankfully the site administrator from the forum that davo88 posted my content at was very responsive and took down the posts that davo88 made.
I’m very aware that people are disrespectful and think they are entitled to post my content without my permission but I’m also VERY aware of my legal rights. So before you violate the DMCA consider the legal process that I can go through. Also consider I’ve been a private investigator which means I can find out information about who’s posting my content.
I also have a lawyer who can file a lawsuit against you. So please remember DMCA and what laws you are violating when you post content without a creators permission.
Here’s a screenshot of davo88 and what he posted on some forums. I will gladly call you out for violating the DMCA. My website, Chaturbate, and OnlyFans has a statement about DMCA and if I find that you have posted my content again I will pursue legal action against you davo88.
